Mood Board | The purpose of this mood board was to capture the essence and energy of who System of a Down are as a band. 

Mood Board | This mood board was to show the style and direction I want to go in for this project, as well as provide inspirational images to help me brainstorm ideas.

Mind Map | Created a mind map for System of a Down to help me brainstorm ideas for the album cover and capture the feeling of the band and what they represent.  

Mark Making | An exercise we did to create textures and brushes for this project. With this technique I tried to embody the feeling and expression of System of a Down through these marks. 

Sketches | Initial brainstorm of sketches and ideas for different bands, as well as a more refined idea of how I want to continue with the album cover for System of a Down.
