This project was initially researched for a potential client who was introducing regional and foreign cuisine dishes in a casual setting to a rural customer base. The client was interested in a video menu installation that would inform and excite customers to trying out dishes they may not be familiar with. 

Being Chicago-based, it was only natural to do research with local dishes and the Chicago-style Hotdog is my favorite local dish.
