The Paper is Part of the Picture catalog is one of those rare pieces that I'm really pleased with. The cover is printed/embossed on richly-textured Grandee in one of Strathmore's historic colors. (Pattern by Jessica Hische.) The inserts are digitally-printed on two shades of pure cotton Strathmore Impress. The nineteen leaves are left unbound to be framed or pinned up on the wall. The featured artwork is from Mohawk's Strathmore Archives and includes pieces by Will Bradley, WA Dwiggins, Lester Beall, George Samerjan, Simms Taback, Ken Keunstler and more. The show was curated by Paul Shaw. I partnered with Jean Dahlgren, Judie Gilmore and Amy Griffin on the catalog.
