is a owned start-up in the neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona, Spain. It is a store that sells high quality doughnuts from an authentic Greek heritage.
The brief:
To scale Lukumas by protecting brand identity, quality, authenticy by improving brand recognition and awareness, making the business financially more viable and sustainable.
Methodology:
Various tools were used for the research phase.
• Interviews to staff
• Qualitative surveys to customers
• Desk research: food trends, regulations
Actions taken:
Based on three insights found, it was proposed three solutions focused on their own specific segment.
