Maquinótico was inaugurated in 2014 with the goal of acting as a catalyst in the local photography scene.
The Brazillian studio offers a variety of services related to image production, from photography services and studio rental, to fine art prints and workshops.
To express the concepts behind the studio, we've combined the portuguese words for "machine", ("máquina") and "optics" ("ótica").
The first represents the pragmatic side of the brand: the service, structure and technology.

From the name, we took inspiration from the steampunk world for the creation of the logo and identity design.
The steampunk subgenre has as a base a world where technology has evolved to the point where machine and the human body were one. Through the art of photography, man and machine also become one.
