P R E F A C E: I stumbled upon this picture of NASA conducting a test on a potential Mars mission landing parachute, which was what gave me the idea to make something out of that and make an assemblage of people who through their contributions made today's realities possible.
A R T W O R K : Using an electric spark the test gun "projects" significant figures in the history of science and discovery. These are (some of) the people on whose shoulders our modern way of life, operation, further discovery and exploration, is built upon. They unsettled and forwarded our understanding of the universe.
