the story is a basic superhero story whit the super good guy (Purple Tornado) and whit a super villain (Mr Hoax) and they fight and fight and fight... the good against the bad... but at the end of the story Purple Tornado throw the bad guy in to the "Time Tornado" and therefore they get stucked in time loop and fight forever
