Infographic Design
Syros Guide Infographic is a project created in 2012, for Information Design, a University course. Its purpose is to provide introductory information to travelers whose destination is Syros. The specific design was created for a Summer School Project, where students from different countries would travel to Syros for the program and the University wanted to provide a brochure about the island.
It provides information about the places of interest in the city centre, the top-five beaches as suggested by the guide travelers and some suggestions for local products. Specifically, the background image combines the two different types of Syros beaches: The cosmopolitan ones and the more pristine and unexploited ones.
