Use the SOAP menu to enter patient physical exams, treatment and related data into the PCR.
Use the SOAP menu to enter patient physical exams, treatment and related data into the PCR.
Select "TR/RX" from the Treatment & Response Categories to document data regarding the patient's treatment.

Select a treatment from the categories, a list will appear for each category. From the list, select one or more treatment options and select "Add Selected".
Added treatments are displayed in the lower screen. To enter exam findings, select the added treatment and select "Edit".
Enter all the treatment information and select "Save". Select "Add" to return to the previous screen or use the tab on the left.
*All data fields are important. Data fields with blue outline are highly recommended; Red outline are required to print or transmit the PCR.
