The proposal presents a fluid and clean building that organizes the administration and public spaces, which branch of the main nave of the building. The building illustrates a highly functional and pragmatic layout for a ferry terminal, the allegory behind each design decision has been to maximise flow and interaction through the use of interior balconies and symmetrical spatial layout.
