Scenery of Seoul
‘Bongeunsa’ in Seoul resides midst the forest of skyscrapers, hence the nickname ‘mountain temple in downtown’. When you look back as you climb the hill inside the temple, the glittering buildings are overlapped with the Buddha statue, exhuming another overlap of the past and present. Through hand drawing and computer graphics I tried to express the delicate contrast between the tradition and modern atmosphere.
