Recruitment software is designed to optimise recruitment process within a company and will be used by different divisions which will be conducting the hiring process, depending on the offered job. There, users can effectively create job posts, manage candidates, collaborate and receive updates on hiring process completion.
Task
Your task is to design mobile application, that will accompany mentioned recruitment software, that will be used to review candidates and collaborate with other colleagues that are involved in the hiring process. One of those people is Tom.

Tom is a Project manager in the IT company. He manages several projects in the company and is also involved in deciding who are the people that will be hired to work on those projects.
- Hiring is not his primary job, but it is one of the things he has to do.
- He lives 30 min train drive from work.
- In order to optimise his time, Tom likes to spend his commute time working.

- Having a mobile application that helps him manage candidates that applied for certain positions is a major help in his everyday busy schedule.
Here are few use cases that should be supported within the application:
- Tom should be able to preview all applicants that applied for different positions/jobs
- For each candidate, he should be able to see candidate details, CV or other attached documents
- He can leave notes and collaborate with other colleagues (HR or other Project Managers) in the hiring process about each candidate
- He can suggest if candidate should be called for an interview
- Candidates can be in different statuses and for each candidate he can see status (if they are rejected, waiting for an interview, offered a job, hired)
- In each moment, Tom should know the status of each Job position and each candidate
- He should be able to change his mind about certain candidate
