As a Client Services Coordinator, my responsibilities are exciting and varied... I organized and prepared the production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Update and maintain various information databases; Generate standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates ( Email Blasts, Property Flyers through LoopNet & CoStar). Track, collate and maintain inventory of marketing materials, create Tour Books, Maps of properties and the printing/binding of materials.
