This broadside was a project in my letterpress course with the theme of "hometown." For this poster, I printed "home" and "town" in the background in yellow and magenta. I printed words and phrases over the whole poster in a cyan ink. The words overlapping "home" are things that I think of when I think of my home, while the words overlapping "town" represent things from the nearest town where I went to middle and high school. I chose the ink colors and made them transparent to create additional colors in the overlap of the type.
