Vh1 India On-Ground Brand Guidelines Book

BRIEF - Vh1 India went through a complete makeover, introducing a new logo and template. The look and feel needed to become larger than life. We needed to create something that helped the brand share this with everyone who created content for the same.

SOLUTION - A brand book that embodied the true meaning of the brand but still explained the nitty gritties that all on-ground creatives had to follow.


We divided the book into seven chapters.
CHAPTER ONE - BOHEMIAN BRAND STORY
This chapter embodies the essence of Vh1. It talks about the personality of the brand. It's tone of voice and tells the, you guessed it, brand story.

CHAPTER TWO - STAIRWAY TO LOGO HEAVEN
Chapter two tells the reader all about the new logo, nicknamed The Prince. It explains in detail all there is to know about it's usage and placement.

CHAPTER THREE - SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT
Chapter three is all about the shows and events that air on Vh1 India. It talks all about how to push the shows, their timings etc

CHAPTER FOUR - SPONSORS GOT THE POWER
vh1 India has a loooot of sponsors and this chapter was designed to keep them ALL happy. A tall task, but I think we've done it.

CHAPTER FIVE - TYPE, TYPE, BABY
Typography is a graphic designer's wet dream and this chapter was designed to do exactly that and more.

CHAPTER SIX - LIFE IN BRAND COLORS
Colors are what make Vh1 the cool, funky, pop brand that it is today. We explore more than just 50 shades of grey in this chapter.

CHAPTER SEVEN - RISING STAR
All brands need to grow. This chapter tells you where Vh1 wants to be when it grows up.
