Traumzeit is a company whose objectives are providing fresh air to the game industry by providing open source, gameplay-solid, narrative-heavy videogames and deepening the gaming experience with the latest technologies, such virtual and augmented reality. To accomplish this we will be actively supporting indie game designers and developers with a dedicated platform and the best development tools and give them the opportunity to have recognition and get their best projects actually known and published.
We firmly believe that videogames are art, and should be treated as such. Art has historically been an outlet for both creative expressivity and social commentary, therefore, we have no fear to treat serious matter. Entertainment is a misleading term, making us believe a game should only be fun and cheers. We think games are not only entertainment, and we're tired of hearing about the next big title being new meaning new as better graphics.
