“STRIVE” is a short, abstract, 3D animation. Using geometric, organic shapes and sound, it portrays the emotional struggle people have when they can’t communicate verbally in another language. This idea comes from personal experience. As international students we all had a hard time voicing our opinions clearly in English.
When words fail us it’s painful but the film celebrates the power of visual communication to transcend that condition.
