David Eagleman is an American writer and neuroscientist, serving as a professor at Stanford University in the department of Psychiatry & Behavioural Sciences. He questions the afterlife as we are uncertain of the true fact on where humans go when they die. Reading his theory, it felt as if it was a harsh reality of the afterlife where usually it is portrayed as something more specific, for example, heaven, hell, reincarnation or nothing.
