The Brief
This is a student work coordinated with Peony, a boutique perfumery in Melbourne. We aim for design a luxury candle box for Peony first self-owned brand.
The Candle Name
"Beauté de glace" translate to "ice beauty" in French. The name trying to express the flavor of the candle. Wishing customers can feel fresh air in the forest on a cold winter morning when they light the candle. The title is handwritten in a brush style that presents the elegance and luxury in a way.
The Candle Box
The product packaging had to be fully elegant, while targeted at a specific customer demographic. I took a minimalist approach, while focusing heavily on the typography and layout throughout the project. Taking into account the existing candle brand, we had to take the existing aesthetic and ensure that the product fits in with everything else on the marketing.
