Bite is the only genuine challenger brand I've worked for. Its competition comes from two operators: quality-positioned LMT and price player Tele2 both taking profit from people’s chronic complacency. They have hidden fees, unfair contracts, dreadful customer care. Bite's answer? Surprisingly fair and human treatment for their customers. Stupid-simple messages. Little acts of kindness that bring unexpected smiles to their customers.

Ever since the launch last year, Bite broke 6 sales records, including the record of sales records while achieving consistent growth in gross connections. This year Bite has entered The Top 100 Latvian Brands straight at number 37, above its competitor Tele2.
 
Most importantly, in the last 4 months, the two competing brands both switched their focus to customer care and eliminated most of the bad practices that Bite has been attacking them for.
