This is another custom design renewal that I completed for Heaton Dainard Real Estate. Originally, this information would have been sent to the investor over three separate emails, arriving within minutes of each other. 

In order to cut back on client email exhaustion, I simplified and combined the information from the three emails and spruced up the design. Not only was this a relief on my client's back-end, but investors were able to access their important information faster and with ease.

I included the property design guide covers below as an example of what information the clients are receiving. These were frequently tweaked by me through InDesign to keep up with design trends.
