commun-is is a collaborative board game based on cooperative processes and facilitating techniques. 

It is a tool for cooperation based on a game experience.
This game stands as a method to learn to have an overview about the group dynamics.
It’s a game based on an open system where the decisions of the players directly control
the course of the game. Each player has to declare a proposal for changing a problematic initial situation and needs six resources for realize it. 
commun-is is presented as a community-oriented tool in order to support organizations and initiatives, local communities, associations and different groups applying a collaborative organizational idea.
For this game you need 1 facilitator and 4 to 6 players. The facilitator has to keep the order during the match and help players in taking decisions, and of course explaining rules. 
The facilitator tells a initial story with a problematic situation: then each player has to formulate a concrete proposal with an idea for solve the problem.
Each player has to perform a role, (such as INSTITUTION, ASSOCIATION) and has a prefixed number of resources that s/he can use for realizing the proposal. 
During the match players has to find the necessary resources for completing their proposal. But how they can gain these resources? By discussing each other, asking for alliances and connections and exchanging resources among them.
The match can be only won or lost all together: in order to win all players’ proposals must be connected each other with a shared resource. If they cannot connect each other, they will lose the match.
