PREFACE
Les Grandes Marées or “The Great Tides” is a brand identity project for a new boutique hotel resort featuring French oceanic accents. The brand is synonymous with luxurious comfort and immaculate service. Situated in sunny San Diego, the hotel is the city’s premiere luxury resort featuring a full-service day spa, a full 18-hole golf course, conference facilities and a collection of exquisite restaurants, all near warm sandy beaches.
CHALLENGE
The luxury hotel market has been shifting the past decade and hotels are trying to cater to the shifting needs of the 21st century high net-worth traveler. The brand wants to explore fresh, unique approaches that defines opulence and indulgence. The project consists of a graphic identity logo, website, stationery, keycard and sleeve, welcome chocolates, door signage and premium body care products furnished by Fleur de Sel.
