Light the Way
Gather torches in a dark cave in this 3D exploration game. But beware the monsters that hide in the darkness.
Between the first and second iterations there weren't significant technical changes, mostly just bug testing and fixing.  The third addition had the most significant changes with seemingly finally ironed out bugs, several added features, and changing the player from rotating with keys to the mouse.  Between every iteration of the build there were never any dramatic mechanical changes, the basic objective, and monster behaviors had all remained the same.
Art
The first model I worked on is the monster. I thought of a giant squid that chases after the player.

I then began work on the torch. I created several pieces of concept art and had the rest of the group look over them.

Next was a model for the hand. I made it blocky in shape. Unlike the torch and monster, this model used materials instead of textures.

The final art piece I worked on is a texture map for the walls.
