8 Minute Psychological Thriller Film
The project brief was to create a short film using a subject " Sponge ". The subject can be use as a film props or a metaphor. There are 3 genres to choose for the film, from thriller to comedy to noir. And is a 4 member team project.

SYNOPSIS (Spoilers)
Emma, quiet introvert girl, who is facing depression due to the loss of both of her parents. While researching for her school project, she dumps to an interesting article about Lucid Dreaming. Curiosity hits her, she spend the whole night reading and researching about lucid dreaming. Curious novice Emma wants to dive in her first experience of lucid dreaming. Ignoring the warnings and rules, she dive right in to lucid mode. When she awake in the dream world, she felt something different in her room. She found a dead cat and blood on the floor. She quickly looks around for an object to wipe it. She found a sponge on her desk and quickly wipes the blood. But the sponge won’t absorb it. She take a look at the sponge, its hole slowly move around the sponge. She awakes from her bed and realize it was all over. But when she opens the door, she awakes from her bed again. Stuck in an endless loop, Emma went insane in her own dream. She saw the same weird sponge on her desk, she grabs it and bags to return home. Emma has the sudden urge to sleep on the bed. She begin to close her eyes while holding the sponge and she opens her eyes. Everything is back to normal, Emma is home in the real world. However, what she did not realize she was holding the sponge.
