Infrastructure for touristic cruise services and hub for nearby touristic activities.
Guatemala's cruise tourism has increased in the last years. The aim of the project is to provide the infrastructure for the tourists, like shopping, cultural, transportation and leisure activities. The design integrates the functional program in a membrane surface that is permeable to the environment. Thanks to digital fabrications techniques, the resulting surface does not compromise the viability of its construction. Apart from creating the appropriate space creates a new image.
