THE PROJECT.
I was commissioned by the NBA to make a serie of illustrations promoting some of the best NBA games through its social medias, specially for Asia region.
Since the project requirements were wide open, I decided to do some detailed illustrations on paper to play with them in photoshop. I wanted to do two different layouts with energetic compositions playing with the teams' colours, brushes and shapes related to the basketball culture.
In this project I illustrated De Marcus "Boogie" Cousins, Omri Caspi from the Sacramento Kings, Troy Daniels and Marc Gasol from the Memphis Grizzlies, Eric Bledsoe from Phoenix Suns and Russel Westbrook from Oklahoma City.
