How Selling — How Selling was the third evolution of the original Customer Focused Selling training program built by Steve Marx in the 1980s. This material is the CSS flagship training, and end-to-end process which takes learners through 7 steps in the development of an account while they are simultaneously building a strong partnership for the future.
The development of this material spanned many years, and included an upgrade to our Learning Management System and authoring tools. Launching in 2012, this course replaced 3R Selling (online from 2007-2011) and its predecessor, Customer Focused Selling which was available through coLearn.com from early 2000.
This course included many videos and role-plays, games, and quizzes, and in-depth projects involving the online trainers. Managers were kept involved with the user's progress and project work via email and a custom interface.
