Walnut & Hickory Storage Cabinet
This storage cabinet is made entirely of solid wood. The hickory (pecan) was salvaged from a dead tree that was beginning to decay, caught just in time. The design plays with subtle tapers and arcs. Casters make it easy to move around, and the cabinet looks good from the back as well as the front.
Doors retract into the cabinet. Drawer bottoms are solid hickory.
