As part of the Simplyhealth redesign project, the Health Practitioners were looking for an opportunity to really promote their services and themselves to reach out to their customers and make the process of discovering them simple and instant.

My role was to work with and understand the Practitioners requirements, gathering data and pain points of the current process on how customers find Practitioner services and design an online presence to promote their services.

I am currently working with the stakeholders and development team in building this site, aligning it with the main Simplyhealth website.
