Brand Strategy, UX and UI Direction. I led the agency team to create effective Marketing, Internal Communications tools and channel communications for B to B clients such as institutional investors, and small business for Liberty Bank. The new brand direction drove everything with a customer-centric approach. Careful attention, as always, was paid to regulatory guidelines around messaging, data feeds, links to third-party sites, record keeping and supervision of associates.

While today’s consumers have become increasingly self-reliant with just about everything, they still feel unsure about their finances. That’s where Liberty Bank comes in.  To guide, support, and encourage their customers.  To give them the tools and support they crave to help unleash their inner financial rock star. We used fresh language, bright colors and a flexible “fill in the bracket” graphic device in TV, radio, in-branch and  on line to show just how different Liberty is, and how they put their customers in control.
