Spatial Perception
creating experiences using spatial elements
This project was done in groups of two. Myself and Sudha Palepu, a batchmate teamed up for this assignment.
The brief was to select a space on campus, study it and then create a space that evokes an opposite feeling.
The chosen space was dark, scary and mysterious- that was turned into a open, happy, yet mysterious one. Use of existing elements of space, reflection, illusions, lighting, and curiosity led to designing an entire journey that gradually unfolds and ends in an exalted feeling as a reward.
