Giorgio Armani Showroom

This was my first major design project while studying abroad in Rome in the Fall Semester of my junior year.

We were asked to choose a fashion brand and design a showroom in a prominent fashion district in Rome which is located by the Spanish Steps. The irregular plan of the building and my initial concept ideas for the project can be seen in my research boards.

The two perspective renderings shown were my first computer renderings for an interior design project. The first shows the elegant and simplistic design of the entry showroom with materials I felt related to Armani and the area the building was located in. My second rendering and the following detail drawings show an irregular shaped, gold clothing rack which I felt optimized the amount of space for showcasing fashion products in this asymmetrical building plan.
