Just for the record: SPAWAR is short for "Space and Warfare." Of course SPA is prounced like "SPACE"; not the hot tub. It's not "war of the hot tubs." Now that's cleared up, we can move on.

Portal / Framework
I helped design and build the Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (PAAS) portal/framework.
Framework built on Java. I was in charge of HTML/CSS templates (i.e., "themes") creation.
