Product Management - Já Entendi
Já Entendi is an online education platform to train workers with low-level education.

The Problem
Brazil is the fifth largest country in the world, there is 100MM blue collar workers in the country and this makes a huge problem for companies to train them.
Companies' employees training is usually extensive and complex to apply. In addition to that, traditional teaching method doesn’t get the workers full attention and understanding.
Thinking about it, Já Entendi created a video methodology capable of accelerating learning of professional skills for workers with low-level education.

Solution: Online video training
I've created and designed the very first version of the online education platform, for desktop and mobile, totally focused in the best user experience for workers with low level of education.
The interface was designed to be as simple as possible for users learn wherever they are with the minimum time available. All the user flow was planned to be easy to follow, to permit the students to watch fast video classes and verify their knowledge in real time.

Online tests
At the time I've done a lot of benchmark research, and after designing the first product version I did a lot of tests with real users. I’ve observed people using the product and I also have done a lot of interviews to understand users needs.
Doing that we figured out that a lot of our users could barely read, for exemple.
So we prepared our platform to apply knowledge tests with questions, using no text options as answers, but just images. Besides that, we implemented audio buttons to users to listen the questions,
and proceed with the tests without needing to read, but learning at the same time!
Those are simple examples, sure, but the interface was fully designed for users with learning difficulties and limited computer skills.
Content Management
The product was planned to be used for companies in the whole country to train their employees. With the goal of keeping everything organized and scalable I also designed a content management tool for those brands, where it is possible to manage all courses, classes, tests, certifications and students. Everything online, all responsive all in just one platform.
