A printed canvas designed for a holiday house in the wonderful landscape of Lake Tahoe, CA. Starting from the shapes of the characteristic view, I designed a typographic composition that brings back to the snow, the ice and the Californian Mountains.
The text 'Tahoe Herspurterlurty' plays with the word 'hospitality', as it is pronounced and was asked by the house owners.
After several versions with different color palettes, I chose to use an ice texture in the background and a solid color related to it for the text. The colors chosen want to communicate the atmosphere and climate felt during the ski days spent in this place.
