The margin of the Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson is a metaphor for "healthcare meets design" The Nexus Design Center is a successful facet of interweaving two universities that have combined to enrich their students with the highest standard of education. Incorporating the WELL Building Standard methods will strive for the health and wellness of the students. The goals of the project are to achieve Gold Certification, reduce energy and water consumption by 50% and enhance productivity.
