Evolving from optimizing every contacting points, we weave a whole new perfect journey. This is the core value of customer experience.Shift, by definition, is diverting. Divert through the mind, and through the spirits. Love and bread are the analogy of customer experience, neither of them can be excluded.Shift, as our name implies, is a rotation of transforming. Transforming in no particular order as the metaphor of the chicken-and-egg conundrum, customer experience is the circulation of end-to –end renovating and reconstituting.
From visual design to creative design, today, Shift is presenting customer journey design. Be a leader, not a laggard.
Within two years SHIFT STUDIO was founded, we emerged from our chrysalis into the wide-open world, fully mature and transform from a studio into a professional corporation. Every single day in the past two years, from 2015 to 2017, we are assigned to myriad missions on every stage of our maturity. Therefore, every mate in the SHIFT team has assimilated new challenges into a rational and lucid mind for achieving manifold tasks. Thanks to these experiences, SHIFT members have established a far more profound version of ourselves. We never take our ages, an average of 23, as an excuse. Instead, we transmute our young age in the technique field into the prevailing conditions in the markets.
The renew project of SHIFT’s logo design maintained the initial concept originating from the transformation and composition of the alphabet S, and given it three new elements, including “deep-rooted,” “profound,’’ and ‘’professional.” To accent the “deep-rooted” and “profound,” the logo changed from 2D to 3D by professional skills, depicting the convert in our mood during the past two years. For the color choice, blackcurrant “#150121” / sliver grey “C20 m15 yo1 k21” are chosen as the memento of our founding date, 2015-01-21.
