Optima Boilers is a company that installs energy efficient boilers in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas including Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

Optima Boilers had big plans to take on the already established gas installations companies and required a brand strategy that would not only give them presence but also quickly grow their customer base. 

This is a company under the National Energy Services umbrella that I was involved with from its inception and a part of the business I worked on while working as the company's Creative Content Producer. I was deployed in the Sales and Marketing department and helped shape the brand's image and external presence. I created all their external marketing, including flyers, adverts and business cards, which began to reach out to potential customers in order to win business. As buying a new boiler is an expensive, once every ten years stress purchase, I helped to grow a community giving customers reason to interact with the company, even if they didn't yet need a new boiler. To achieve this we created a wealth of information that allowed customers to 'do it themselves' for minor issues and improving heating efficiency, in turn saving them money and through brand loyalty, knowing who to call when their boiler finally did break. As well as filming and editing their technical videos I helped grow their marketing strategy and online presence.
