I headed up the Direction, Design, Layout, Project Management and Production of Brik Mag Q1 2017. This issue looks back at events that have impacted on the London property market since 2014, up to the EU referendum and US elections.

Events are plotted on a contour map in an infographic on the lead article, from past to future. The cover is a minimal version of the infographic, with dates replacing heights in the contours. Peak or trough? We're yet to find out, but the year is off to a good start.
