PunchShare is a mobile web application that allows for social sharing of coupons. I was involved in the initial stages of planning the user interface (wireframing, prototyping). The final visual design was completed by another designer. I then took the design and completed the front end development.
The project had three main parts: the home page, the admin section, and the actual web app. I used the jQuery mobile framework for the web application to create a responsive web app that simulated what a native app might feel like. After that, I created a responsive site for the home page so that users would have a great experience on the site no matter what device they were viewing it on. The admin section will become responsive at a later date (lots of data tables...).
A great project with some unique challenges!
