Lux Corporate Center is an upcoming office building to be located in Punta Carretas, Montevideo, Uruguay.

I was approached by the developer to create and develop a full-scope brand: naming, logo, graphic elements, web design, render art direction, video graphics and scripting and corporate brochure.

The project’s objective was to pitch the real estate development to potential investors and to create an online presence for future potencial office tenants.

Some of the key points to be dealt with in the design were: AAA level offices, green design and relaxed corporate lifestyle.
