After the recent election and subsequent discourse about fake news and social media, we conceptualized a mobile app that would help voters make informed decisions on propositions and candidates. We used a survey to collect demographics and opinions and created a weighing system for data from different accounts (social media, online shopping, etc.). The app would generate detailed recommendations based on the user's stated opinions, browsing history, and data from similar users.
