Noise Singapore is an annual nationwide art programme organised by the National Arts Council, which encourages youth’s engagement in arts through showcase, mentorship and funding opportunities.
In 2014, the identity system for the campaign is based on graphical music notations. It celebrates the interwoven symbiotic relationship between images and music — the sound of imagery and the imagery of sound — expressed through a combination of precise technical lines and ‘rhythmically’ placed colourful graphics.
