In an effort to differentiate the company among competitors, we innovate and develop products that are completely new and exclusive to the foodservice industry. This publication highlights those products and how the customer can benefit by adding them to their menu. I am involved from ideation to printing, creating the themes, look and feel, directing the photo shoots, directing the copywriters and finally laying out for publication. I also coordinate with product development, our culinary team, our marketing team and senior management to see this project through. I am also responsible for controlling the budget. Accompanying this piece are a series of videos, recipes, website articles, sales materials and training decks.
