Low poly style art has been very popular around the web recently. You might have seen it somewhere. If you haven’t, keep reading my article. You’ll love it for sure. ;)
So, What is a low poly art?
The “poly” in low poly comes from the word “polygon.” Basically it’s an illustration which is composed of geometric shapes (polygons) placed side-by side. It was originally used for making 3D models, scenes for video games and animated movies. Low polygonal resolution helps to reduce the render time.

How it is designed?
To produce this kind of illustration, you can use any 3d softwares like Cinema 4d, Maya or 3ds Max. It can be done using Photoshop and Illustrator as well, but it’s a very time consuming process. I have added few tutorial links below.
