What initially started out as a project to convert some existing corporate real estate signage into a new look for a solo agent's business, blossomed into a full-fledged identity system. Signature Properties focuses on luxury and investment properties in the Houston region of Texas.

To try and separate them from the more corporate real estate companies, we tried to look at their identity a little differently. After a pretty thorough logo study, the angled quill pen and subtle blues, combined with a rather calligraphic logotype made the foundation for a clean and unique identity. Rich, color photography helps carry off the luxury feel with lots of white space in all the additional elements.

The identity was a springboard to a very successful launch in a tough economic market. I wish them continued success in the future.
