This logo is for a women's accounting firm in Thomasville, GA. The company wanted a brand refresher and new marketing collateral.
One of the most important competencies acquired from my mastery journal would be making it a practice to create my logo in black and white first. This process helps in the design process as it makes you focus solely on creating a strong design. Colors, when introduced prematurely can distract from the design. Instead of focusing on the sensibility of the design, the client would be focused on whether or not they liked the colors and completely ignore the design.
