The Poster Posse has paid tribute to the first of the Star Wars standalone films 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story'. For my entry I wanted to produce something different from just a regular movie poster, I wanted to create something that could fit into the world of Star Wars in a fun and unique way. Creating this poster without having seen the  movie was a challenge as I was representing the movie on a plot point I wasn't sure was even going to be a big deal. The international trailer shows our protagonist, Jyn Erso, clutching a crystal giving to her by her mother, which is revealed to be a Kyber Crystal. This crystal is what powers both a Jedi's Lightsaber but also the Death Star. I saw this as a unique opportunity to play on this fact and create a Propaganda poster that is both a rally cry to stop the Empire, but also a play on the word 'Cyber', with Cyber terrorism being a ever growing problem.
