The Grudge Emaki

For my final project in a course on Graphic Narrative in Japan, I made a traditional handscroll based on a scene in Ju-On: The Grudge. I was interested in finding out whether the long silences often found in Japanese horror have any connection to the wide empty spaces found in emaki handscrolls.
